There were a very special group of visitors Monday for students at the Rochester School For The Deaf.
Eleven deaf leaders from the Philippines will spend three weeks in the Rochester area. They started their tour of Rochester at the school on St. Paul Street.
The three week visit is hosted by the non-profit group, Discovering Deaf Worlds.
News10NBC spoke to the group’s executive director. He said although sign language varies across the world, there is still a bond, no matter what country you’re from.
